Water Park hours are from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. It is not allowed to enter at night
The hotel does not count with lifeguards; the use of the water park is responsibility of the user
The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by unsafe actions and/or negligence of guests
The care and safety of children is responsibility of parents and/or responsible adults. Please keep your children under constant supervision
Water park maximum depth 1 ft. Deep pool 3.93 ft.
The use of the water park is exclusively for children
Maximum weight: 110 lb.
It is not allowed to form human chains or connections with other users, jump up on the slides or stand in the way
You must slide feet first lying on your back with legs firmly crossed at the ankles and arms folded across chest
It is not allowed to slide head down
It is not allowed to stay playing or resting inside the slides
Do not stand, kneel, rotate, or stop in the slide
Forbidden to enter with open wounds
For your own safety it is not allowed to enter the water park with any kind of glass or ceramic containers
No diving or running
Watch your belongings, the Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to them
For hygiene reasons food and drinks are not allowed inside the water park
For hygiene reasons it is not allowed to enter the water park with clothes. You must wear swimwear without zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation
Sunbathing or swimming under the effect of alcoholic beverages and/or drugs might be dangerous to your health
In case of emergency dial "0" from the nearest phone
Pets are not allowed inside the pool
As a courtesy towards all our guests the use of portable sound systems is not allowed, unless these are for personal use and with headphones
The use of waterproof diapers is mandatory for children under 4 years old
After suffering any gastrointestinal illness, you must wait at least 48 hours to enter the pool
